            Delegate Ellington moves to amend the bill on page seventeen, section five, line one hundred eleven, by striking out the words “Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Board of Nurses”.

            And,

            On pages sixty-three and sixty-four, by striking out section two in its entirety.

And,

            On page seventy-two, section five, line one hundred thirty, by striking out the words “Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Board of Nurses”.

            And,

            On page seventy-four, section five-a, lines twenty-five and twenty-six, by striking out the words “Board of Registered Professional Nurses” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “West Virginia Board of Nurses”.
